Please let us know you’ll be available with as much advance notice as you can.

When an addendum request comes in from a facility during your shift, make sure to address those addendums before logging off. If addendums come in when you are not on shift, we ask that you address the request in a timely fashion to alleviate repeated requests on our support and communications team.

On a monthly basis, we have to review other radiologist studies for oversight requirements. We will send you the spreadsheet to fill out via email. On average, you could be requested to submit 5 peer reviews weekly, if needed, and we have a 3 day turnaround of those to ensure timely responses to our facilities

You will communicate with the Communications team in your Slack channel and they will immediately work to connect you with that referring physician. This typically executes within 10 minutes where you will receive a call directly to your phone and we will patch you in with the provider. Please reference the Critical policy on our PACs workflow to find our list of what is green flagged and when we need to facilitate a phy/phy call.

Yes, every month you will be provided with your stats. When you first get started we will assess and review more frequently to ensure that you feel confident with PACs and workflows.

There isn’t a particular model required, but make sure you have the following: High Resolution- at least 3 megapixels (MP) are recommended for general radiology, (CT, MRI, Ultrasound). Mammography requires at least 5 MP by law, though many departments use large format 12 MP or 6 MP fusion displays.
