Call support (239-799-3686) and press 1.
They will ask you for your name, your facility, your DIRECT phone number, patient name, and a brief description for the call. Our communications team will expedite that call as soon as possible and call back to connect you to our radiologist on shift. We will always seek to have the radiologist who read the study call you back, but if they are not on-shift, one of our radiologists will speak to you on their behalf.

Our turnaround time reports are provided every month. Log into this portal to access your facility reports — they will be available to download by the end of the first week every month.
